Return window
Unworn, unused items with original tags and packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please write to us before sending anything back so we can share the return steps.
What we cannot accept
Items that have been used, washed, altered, or returned without tags; intimate or hygiene-sensitive products once opened; and sale items marked as final sale. Handicrafts with natural variation are not treated as defects.
How to start a return
- Email us your order number, the item, and the reason for return.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
- Ship it using the instructions we send. Return shipping may be deducted unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong piece.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 7–10 working days. Store credit can be offered if you prefer a faster exchange.
Damaged or wrong item
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, send photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund without extra shipping cost in those cases.
